WILS Safeguarding Team
At WILS, safeguarding is a foundational pillar of our school culture. Our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) play a key role in ensuring the effective and consistent application of safeguarding practices throughout the school.
All staff undergo regular training to recognize and respond to concerns using a clear and confidential referral system. This structured approach enables timely support and reinforces a strong culture of care and accountability.
Through continuous professional development, diligent case management, and close collaboration with the wider school community, WILS remains committed to providing a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where every learner feels protected and valued
